Welcome to our Kerr Lake Getaway, a charming and private Lake Home you and your family will enjoy vacationing time after time. With great views, long boat dock, large screened in porch, open living area, ample parking and lots of room outdoors to explore, this Getaway is sure to provide you and your family the quiet, relaxing, and memorable vacation you deserve.

Price List: You are going to get a great vacation at an incredible value. Why? This is our first year of operation and we are building a client base. Also, we are self-managed. Therefore, we are able to offer this Getaway to you at rates well below the market average for comparable vacation homes in the area.

Seasonal Rate (April - September): $125 per day plus tax with 2 night minimum and 6th night free on weekly rental
Holiday Rate (includes the actual holiday plus the following day): $150 per day plus tax with 3 night minimum and 6th night free on weekly rental
Off Season Rates (October - March): $110 per day plus tax with 2 night minimum with 5th and 6th night free on weekly rental
Deposit: $200.00

3 Bedroom (Large private Master Suite with King bed and 2 additional bedrooms with 2 twin beds each)
2 Bathrooms (both are shower stalls - no tubs)
Large 300 s.f. Screened in Porch with 2 ceiling fans
Satellite TV, DVD, Component Stereo System
Warm and Cozy Fireplace for those early Spring and late Fall fishing trips
Large and Long Boat dock with deep water beneath it (20-25' deep at the end of the dock)
Located 1/2 mile from a Kimball Point Boat ramp access (You will be able to get your boat in the water and both your boat and vehicle back to the Kerr Lake Getaway in less than an hour.)
Covered Parking (a pull through shed with circular drive so you can easily store your boat trailer)
Washer and Dryer
Weber Gas Grill
Sleeps 6 - (King bed in Master Bedroom and 2 twin beds in each bedroom)

Reservations: For the 2007 season, we will begin taking reservations for the first week of May. Reservations are easy and can be made with your credit card. Reservations are secured by paying 1/2 the rental rate plus the deposit. We utilize PayPal so all major credit cards can be accepted. Email us the week or weekend you wish to reserve. We will generate an invoice and contract that will be mailed or emailed to you. 30 Days prior to Check-in, we will send you an invoice for the remaining balance, including tax. This invoice must be paid prior to check-in and no later than the day of check-in.

Check Availability:

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made prior to 30 days before check-in are eligible for a full refund less a $100 cancellation fee. No refunds will be made if you cancel 30 days or less prior to check-in. We do not offer trip insurance. If you are interested in vacation insurance, email us and we will refer you to some of the many insurance companies you may wish to use.

Additional Policies: No Pets or Smoking inside the Getaway are allowed. You must bring your own linens, towels, washcloths, etc.

Location and Directions: Kerr Lake Getaway is located about 20 minutes North and West of Henderson, NC. You will be located in a quiet private neighborhood away from everything, yet still close to shopping and a Wal-Mart Supercenter. Click on the Location and Directions link to be taken to a map of the area. Specific directions will be mailed along with your contract.
